Governance and management
The Institute’s governance and managerial structure predominantly refers to the internal structure, organization and management of the school. The governance structure is composed of a governing board (Board of Trustees), the institute’s president (executive head, CEO), the Council, heads of faculties and academic units, lecturers and the student representative council. Governance of the institute will be guided by the statutes, regulations and policies of HAI. (See attachment of organogram, statutes, regulations and policies)
